Job description
Due to business expansion needs, we are seeking an individual who has the ability to make people
feel comfortable and at ease to be our internal Talent Acquisition specialist. This is a replacement
role. Do refer to below for job scope and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Posting job advertisements on job portals with the aim to attract the right talents to explore career
opportunities within our organization.
Screen through job applicants and conduct phone screening before determining if said candidates
should be invited for interview.
Conduct face to face interview to ascertain applicants’ suitability and match for our organization
culture.
Communicate clearly to job applicants what is expected of them in terms of job scope and KPI for the
jobs that they are interviewing for.
Update candidates’ the result of their interview and follow up with offer management for those
selected.
Perform onboarding duties as necessary.
Requirement
Min Diploma and above.
Presentable and well-spoken with strong communication skills.
Positive mindset with bubbly personality to fit our culture (Work hard play hard).
No experience may apply (structured one to one training provided).
