Salary range: $2500 - $3500
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm, Saturday - 9am to 1pm (No overtime)
Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
Identify areas of improvement and maximize productivity
Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management
Monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production and ensure stocks are arranged & delivered.
Prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List and assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications
Ensure sufficient inventories and planning for future capacity requirements
Withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List
Raise PO when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker
Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit
Provide monthly inventory reports on stock of raw material, packaging material & finished goods
Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
Ensure WSH and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
Manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs
Conduct refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs
Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management
At least 5 years in related with supervision experience
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word,
Possess Forklift License
