Job Responsibilities:

Deliver first-level technical
support to employees for hardware and software concerns.
Diagnose and resolve
technical issues related to computer systems, printers, and network
connections.
Assist with the setup and
configuration of IT equipment, including computers, peripherals, and
software applications.
Develop and maintain
documentation for IT processes and procedures.
Ensure adherence to data
security and backup protocols.


Job Requirement:

Diploma in Information
Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in IT
support or a comparable role.
Solid understanding of
computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting methods.
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
Capable of working
independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
