Job Responsibilities
- Work with all stakeholders to assist in maintaining high level of customer experience standards
- Answer or make calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products and/or services
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel valued
- Provide excellent and consistent level of customer service
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
- Key role involves performing outbound calls to existing customers to remind customers of their upcoming vehicle maintenance and invite customers to book their appointments early
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a customer care specialist in a Contact Centre or Tele-marketing environment
- Excellent customer services skills and pleasant telephone etiquette
- Possess strong accountability to high quality of service
- Possess strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Sales Force CRM / Digital transformation will be a plus
