  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are seeking a Legal intern for our legal department. We are commitment intended to grant exposure to a law student interested in exploring commercial in-house practice early in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal and administrative support to the business in the implementation of a contract management system.
  • Conduct audit of AMF’s Intellectual Property documentation and support the set-up of IP recordal system.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal policies.
  • Liaising with the business teams to help further improve AMF’s existing internal workflow processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Able to commit for a minimum of 2 months (full time) or 4 months (part time), with opportunity for extension for longer period.
  • Familiar with the common areas of law encountered in in-house practice (intellectual property, privacy, commercial law).

What is more important to us is your ability to learn quickly, taking pride in your work and a real passion for learning.
