Job Description:

Provide personalized service over the telephone to customers regarding banking products, accounts, and service inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
Understand customers’ needs and offer appropriate solutions and attention.
Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
Consistently deliver high-quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Solicit customer feedback and identify problem trends to recommend improvement actions.

Requirements:

Call center experience is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office.
