Job Scope

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
  • Organize orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Help implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree holder
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience will be added advantage
