A Jewellery E-commerce store is hiring for Sales and Operation Executive

Salary: $3500
Location: Yishun
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5.45pm

Job duties & responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing stock
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory items
- Handle for sales (Online or during events/fairs) , production teams and logistic to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly
- Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements and generate reports
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent education level in Supply Chain or related field
- At least 1-2 years working experience in relevant industry
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of jewellery materials, designs, and production processes is an advantage
- Able to commit on weekends during events/fairs (4-5 events per year, 2 weekends per events)
