We are seeking a creative and self-driven Executive/Senior Executive to join our team on a one-year contract. The successful candidate will support the team in delivering impactful design work and executing public relations, branding, and marketing communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling content that strengthens our brand identity and engages our target audience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with institutional goals.
  • Design visually engaging content for social media, websites, e-newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Initiate and manage the content creation of graphics and multimedia assets for campaigns and events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms, producing posts and video content, and analysing performance to optimise engagement.
  • Manage events and/ or activities as appointed.
  • Track and report on the performance of design and communications initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist with other duties to support the team’s objectives.

This role reports to the Assistant Director, Partnerships and Engagement (Communications).

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing Communications, Design, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a tertiary education environment.
  • Strong graphic design, writing and editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
  • Experience with social media and website management.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
