Job scope:
General Administrative and Logistic Support
• Assist in data processing, sourcing for quotations,and documentation.
• Provide support in scheduling training/briefing and coordinating the relevant logistics and
administrative work.
• Manage logistics
• Respond to inquiries and emails, as needed.
Singapore Specialist Training Standards Portfolio and Accreditation of Postgraduate Medical
Education Singapore (APMES) Portfolio
• Implementation of national initiatives for residency training, including
but not limited to tracking of submission of specialty training requirement documents,
milestone documents and programme information forms, etc.
• Assist in organising/facilitating meetings/workshops where needed, including but not
limited to sending meeting invitation, preparation of meeting agenda and material etc.
Support for postgraduate year one workstream:
• Obtain information on trainees’ performance for national evaluation
committee’s recommendation.
• Prepare certifications of graduating trainees
• Assist in organising/facilitating meetings/workshops where needed, including but not
limited to sending meeting invitation, preparation of meeting agenda and material etc.
Postgraduate Medical Education Assessments :
• Support examination administrative and operational processes
• Liaise with key stakeholders (including senior clinicians) on examination matters and
ensure key milestones are met
• Provide basic IT support to key stakeholders
• Check invoices to process payments to external vendors
Any other general administrative and logistics support duties for other projects as assigned.
