JR65181 Intern - Process and Equipment Engineering

Project Assignment

Micron is seeking for a diligent Intern - Process Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate for this post will be working on a project for strip to unit level integration and statistical process control management. Statistical and effective process control management will help to ensure operational performance and product quality while minimizing scrap cost.

Deliverables

  • Analyze existing process control(SPC/FDC) for optimization and improvement for EPE area
  • Monitor and identify trend or integration between processing step vs inspection step
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional team for project execution (PEE/PCS/SPC/EE/MFG)
  • Develop a process control dashboard which integrated between process step(Encap/Laser/Singulation) Vs Automated Vision Inspection System. This dashboard will help to shorten data analysis time during commonality check and root cause findings

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skill
  • Familiarity with semiconductor field or products
  • Strong tenacity and multitasker

Qualifications

Students who pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production or any equivalent Engineering field is required.

Duration

4-6 months internship period
