Salary : Up $3,300 + VB + Permanent Benefits + OT
Location : West (Tuas) Company transport provided
Working Days: Monday to Friday, alternate half day Saturday
Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm, Saturday
Responsibilities
Pre-delivery
Inspection (PDI):
Conduct detailed inspections of new machines, including any required local
modifications or enhancements
Machine
Inspections:
Perform thorough inspections on customer-owned and rental machines to
identify any necessary repairs or modifications
Workshop
Repairs: Repair
machines from both customers and rental fleets, addressing issues across a
range of products and documenting the status of repairs
Spare
Parts Verification:
Ensure the correct parts are used for repairs by cross-referencing them
with picking lists
Refurbishments
& Load Testing:
Participate in refurbishing used machines and performing load tests on
new, rental, and customer equipment
Testing
Post-repair:
Conduct pre-delivery and post-repair tests to ensure equipment is in
optimal working condition.
Diagnosis
& Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools to assess and troubleshoot mechanical,
electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring efficient equipment operation
Requirement
Nitec in Mechanical / Automotive
Minimum 2-3 years of Workshop service support
Additional advantage if possess class 3 driving license
Forklift license and MEWPs license (is preferred but not compulsory)
Experience with both diesel and electric boom and scissor lifts
Familiarity with aerial work platform control systems
