- Oversee daily clinic operations, staff, and patient flow
- Manage scheduling, billing, claims and administrative tasks
- Implement policies, procedures, and quality control measures
- Supervise and train clinic staff
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (assistant/manager)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic computer proficiency (CMS software, MS Office)
