Responsible to capture business users detailed process workflow for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or power app flow purposes. Improve the work flow by eliminating redundancies and incorporating RPA design into the workflow. Produce the final output into RPA or Power App functional specifications.

Develop the RPA or Power App and do the necessary user acceptance test and successfully push this to production. Track the success of the RPA or Power App

Provide maintenance support for RPA (Level 3) and Power App existing processes (Level 1 – 3). Develop enhancements and CRs as needed on existing processes. Use python and support development of modular automation/coding tasks or testing

Make an Impact by:

• Facilitate workshops; work with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility as well as document business requirements, processes and work instructions.
• Capture the business users’ process work flow in a detailed work instruction document, making sure that all the steps are accounted and described in verbiage form.
• Suggest improved workflow and document the improved work flow into RPA functional specifications.
• Do the necessary development and carry out end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and training of robots and programmed automations. Support incidents and drive change management of existing processes.
• Prepare reports on robotic analytics for management and other business units.
• Use python and support development of modular automation/coding tasks or testing

Skills for Success:

• Tertiary education in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
• Familiar with business process workflow
• Ability to write macro scripts for Excel or something similar
• Familiar with RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
• Familiar with Microsoft Power App development
• Familiar with python coding
• Clear / efficient written and oral communication
