Scalp Consultant/Head Spa Therapist

As a Scalp Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is knowledgeable about various scalp and hair conditions and is dedicated to providing personalized consultations and solutions.

Location: Orchard Central

$3,000 - 5 days work week (Guaranteed Salary & T&C Apply)

$3,500 - 6 days work week (Guaranteed Salary & T&C Apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough scalp assessments and diagnosis using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clients' scalp conditions and hair care needs.
• Perform scalp treatments, including therapeutic massages, exfoliations, and product applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, and advise what is best for the client's interest.
• Regular scalp check for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers).
• Perform hands-on treatments at times (hair wash, massage scalp, apply treatment, blow dry).
• Follow-up calls to check on client condition and improvement.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Scalp Consultant or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of scalp conditions, hair growth cycles, and treatment options.
• Excellent customer service & sensitivity to customers’ needs and paying attention to details.
• Certification in trichology or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for scalp health and hair care, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday.
• NOTES: Unfortunately, company do not have quota for foreigners, Work Pass/Visa will NOT be provided by the company.
