  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Sunday Bedding is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our crew! In this role, you will be overseeing the stores' day-to-day operations and leading our team in delivering an exceptional customer service experience in stores at Raffles City, Katong i12 and Holland Village.

Working Days:

5 day work week (44h/ week), including weekends and PH (roster-based)

Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

    • Oversee daily store operations and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
    • Uphold company standards, SOP and motivating staff to work towards monthly sale targets
    • Manage store inventory, promptly notifying warehouse operations of low stock levels
    • Maintain store visual merchandising and suggesting colour/material combination for monthly bed display change
    • Oversee and conduct monthly stock count to tally physical stock quantity to system stock quantity
2. Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping environment aligned with our brand image
    • Address customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively
    • Maintaining a standard level of service amongst the 3 outlets
3. Strong Leadership & Teamwork
  • Recruit, train and facilitate the integration and orientation of new staff
  • Plan and conduct monthly retail meeting with management to provide data and feedback collected from customers and/or retail staff
  • Build a community amongst the retail staff to create an enjoyable working experience
  • Act as a key liaison between the management and store by communicating and collaborating closely for effective store operations
  • Schedule monthly shifts for optimal staffing across all 3 outlets and pop ups
  • Set the standards and required processes to deliver an excellent front-of-house operations and customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in retail as a retail associate or 2 years experience in retail as a retail supervisor
  • Passion for the retail industry, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities
  • Service-oriented, hands-on, with adept customer handling skills
  • Independent yet a team player, possessing a pleasant personality. A self-motivated learner with high initiative and a willingness to grow.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably with knowledge of but not limited to google sheets, google docs, Shopify POS
