Accountant

Job Description:

Epica Immigration, a leading immigration consultancy firm based in Singapore, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health of the business as we help clients with their immigration needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
• Manage tax reporting and filing processes, including GST submissions.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Singapore, preferably within a professional services or consultancy firm.
• Solid understanding of Singaporean tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
