  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and promptness.
  • Assist customers in resolving service-related issues, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • Offer accurate and detailed information regarding our services.
  • Evaluate and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s services and offerings.
  • Efficiently manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions for future reference.
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure a consistent service experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established customer service quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate in developing and updating knowledge resources to support the customer service team’s growth.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance service delivery skills.

Requirements:

  • Local Diploma in any field (or relevant qualification in customer service or related area).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer requests efficiently.
