Key Responsibilities
To assist the Condominium Manager in maintaining and managing the property assigned.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property assigned.
To build a good relationship with the residents.
Supervision of term contractors and service providers.
Requirements
Diploma in Building Management/Facilities Management /Real Estate Management or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in managing condominium
Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is an added advantage
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent and able to work under pressure
Responsible and possess initiative
Computer literate
