As the E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for the sales performance, customer experience, and the overall profitability of COS online store in SEA +HKTW

In this role, you lead the E-Commerce Team to ensure the runs in the most efficient way. You conduct the strategic planning and all operational as well as commercial activities.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for defining and developing COS digital sales strategy for your market in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and the COS brand vision

  • Enhance the online store customer experience in your market, to increase selling and online growth

  • Collaborate within the E-commerce team, creating an efficient and informative workflow towards the set long and short term goals

  • Collaborate with global and regional ecommerce team to align selling, content and customer experience strategy

  • Work with merchandising and logistic team to secure fulfilment and shipping

  • Analyse selling reports, budget and other available tools to make right business decision to meet selling targets

  • Develop, execute and follow up with the ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth

  • Accountable for setting the online budget and following up on P&L, supported by controlling (Sales, Returns and other relevant matrix)

  • Drive the business forward by constantly analysing and assess the effectiveness of the E-commerce operations and current needs based on market competition, implementing new methods, systems and ways of working where relevant

What you need to succeed

  • Previous working experience in a Ecommerce Manager from brands, or marketplace platforms.

  • Prefer to fast fashion/ retail/ beauty industry

  • Excellent communication and presentation skill

  • Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/ Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics

  • Work with result-driven

  • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution

  • Excellent problem solving & decision making abilities

  • Able to work flexibly, multi-task and determine key priorities

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Regional Office in Singapore.
