Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the Admin & HR functions and duties.
- Handle, process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, filing, scanning, laminating and more.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Manage work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (timesheets, absences, leaves, etc).
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Handle employee's repatriation process.
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study.
- Preferably with 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Office skills.
- Good team player with a good work attitude.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
