ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure that product merchandising is in place and aligned with the brand and company standards.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to assess product performance and competition.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet consumer demands.
  • Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for all categories
  • Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships
  • Develop, implement and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers’ needs and brand imaging
  • Develop and implement promotional plans
  • Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales report
  • Monitor and report sales activities and follow up for management
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
