Days & Time: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm, Sat 8.30am to 1pm

Job Scope:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, instant messages, SMS, and emails.
Manage patients' queries, appointments, and referrals in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule and reschedule appointments based on the clinic's operation hours and doctors' availability, according to the caller's request.
Use the clinic's system to accurately book appointments and document information.
Escalate complex or important issues to management or the appropriate team.
Provide advice on insurance matters when needed.
Record information accurately and communicate with both internal and external parties.
Assist patients at the front counter with registration and payments.
Help prepare and dispense medication.
Ensure the clinic remains clean and tidy.
Retrieve case notes when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information.
Handle other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:


Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Must have at least a GCE O Level with a pass in English.
