Overview Of The Role

You will contribute to building the strategic growth direction through building our offerings and assets, enabling client sales and driving our partnerships strategy and execution. You will work closely with our global practice, industry, market and account leads; Global Services Centre (GSC), Marketing and Communications, and play a key role in

  • Aligning and building our core suite of offerings and assets, enabling replicability, efficiency of sales and delivery as well as building our IP and brand and supporting best practices in knowledge management
  • Engaging and architecting strategic business opportunities and proposals to support sales, leveraging assets and offering our clients the best from dss
  • Building strategic complementary partners to enhance our clients solutions and delivery excellence
  • Supporting the dissemination and upskilling of our global consulting teams.


You will have the opportunity to work with recognised IP and also design new business models in a highly dynamic growing organisation building on a successful heritage since 1968. You will be highly collaborative, mobile and proactive across practices, markets and industries, building assets and identifying and managing the partners relationships to design and deliver joint client outreach, projects, and ultimately scaled impact.

What will you do?

  • Proactively work with our teams to pursue new business opportunities through replicability, innovation, and partnerships that align with our global strategy.
  • Innovate the way we support client opportunities and execute projects, maximising internal assets, capabilities and strategic partnerships.
  • Actively engage and communicate across the global organisation and at all levels, with the ability to effectively drive solution development and project management and engage stakeholders and contributors.
  • Maintaining project deadlines, monitoring team progress and anticipating project risks, and driving outcomes.
  • Take an active role with colleagues to architect dss+ partnership strategy across our practices, markets and industries, aligned to company growth strategy.
  • Shape and negotiate new partnerships with potential partners in order to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with existing partners, with the objective of mutual collaboration and trust and maximising performance.
  • Consistently act with integrity and acquire new expertise/skills valuable to the firm as required to remain relevant and competitive.


Job requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working in management consulting, combined with hands-on experience across one or more of our key practice areas: sustainability, operations, safety transformation, risk management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry solutions/best practices in operational risk, operational excellence and/or sustainability practice lines
  • Direct experience (>10 years) in managing diverse consulting offering projects, including partnership management, with proven success in delivering outcomes with global stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, outcomes-focused, thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment.
