Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Latido Singapore. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all menu items. Additionally, they will assist in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, food preparation, and cooking techniques
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff and maintaining quality standards
  • Menu planning and inventory management
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Latin American cuisine is a plus
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification
