As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. 1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, and lattes, according to established recipes.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workspace.
3. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders accurately, and process payments.
4. Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries about our coffee offerings.
5. Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
7. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
2. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
5. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
6. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
7. Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
