The candidate will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of a multinational account ranging from finance, budgeting to other operational requirements. Candidate will be working closely with multiple teams across more than 4 different markets in the region.

Reporting Structure:

On a day-to-day basis you will report to an Associate Director

You will be working with both finance and media teams across different markets, global team, local client as well as creative agency.

The Associate Director will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of your workload and development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finance

  • Liaison between performance, finance, buying team and the client to ensure that all finance deliverables are accurately completed by the monthly and quarterly deadlines
  • Track and share across weekly reminder to the team on pending finance tasks
  • Ensure that all actualization and media plan details are accurate
  • Address any issues the might arise on finance/invoicing

2. Budgeting

  • Liaison with planning team and creative agency to update budget across markets and submit to client on a weekly basis
  • Address any issues that might arise on budgeting

3. Operational requirements

  • Detailed checking of all media plans and submit a report to the global team on a weekly basis
  • Ensure minimal errors on estimates and respond to any enquiry the teams might have on estimates
  • Create and manage third-party funding plans to be shared with third-party partners before each campaign starts
  • Create and manage plan number
  • Liaison with all teams to submit proof of delivery on a quarterly basis
  • Liaison with new media vendor to register them in OMG’s system
  • Keep track of annual rebates and ensure all teams apply them correctly in their plans and budget
  • Deliver any ad hoc budget request
  • Update monthly FX rate to all teams

Required Skills:

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in media or finance/accounting preferred
  • Attention to details, process-driven and excellent organizational skills with an instinctive desire to attain perfection
  • Independent and self-motivated with an ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willing to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationship with multiple stakeholders across various teams and cultural background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
