Maintain positive interactions with staff and students
Support the Head of Department (HOD) for ICT in managing school ICT initiatives
Provide technical support for ICT and ICT system implementation
Maintain and support the school’s wired and wireless network infrastructure
Assist in the procurement of ICT equipment and services, following MOE and school guidelines
Manage Apple School Manager, MDM Portals, Wi-Fi, Gmail within security protocols
Reset student ICON/MIMS accounts
Perform diagnostics on computing devices, supporting repairs and claim procedures
Assist with stock-taking of ICT assets and manage ICT inventory alongside the IT Support Team
Oversee loans of non-SSOE ICT equipment and ensure proper documentation
Periodic replacement and decommissioning of outdated ICT equipment
Providing ICT recommendations for improvements and planning
Support student iPad access and configuration, including MDM/DMA management for iPads
Provide technical support for event recordings, assemblies, and meetings
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for events, assemblies, and school functions
Conduct regular checks and maintenance on audio-visual equipment
Carry out other ICT-related tasks as assigned by the HODs

Diploma in Information Technology
Proficient in English and a Mother Tongue
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Skilled in IT systems and Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Apple School Manager
Knowledgeable in using projectors, Apple TV, visualisers, etc
Experienced in providing hardware support, particularly for iPads
Proficient in photography, videography, graphic design, and animation
Troubleshooting system and equipment issues
Min 2 years of relevant experience, especially in iPad PDLP Computing school environments

Mon - Thu: 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM, Lunch: 45 min
Fri: 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM, Lunch: 45 min
