What this job involves:

End-to-end ownership of solution development for regional and/or global RFPs and renewals (70% of the role):

  • Coordination with country teams to review proposed solution and identify further efficiencies or improvement areas
  • Responsible for holding SMEs accountable when designing the central team solution in terms of deliverables, timeline and originality of thought/solution
  • Sense check and challenge the country SD and SME teams respectively on proposed solutions
  • Generate solution related write ups that explain and talk to the benefits of the solution designed
  • Take ownership for solution-related components of the bid such as developing transformation roadmaps
  • Work in tandem with the pricing lead on each bid to map solution headcount to pricing returnables
  • Take the lead presenting the solution design in partnership with the sales lead

Innovate the way we pitch, generate and exchange ideas with clients, and within our own teams (30% of the role):

  • Develop capabilities and credentials to be known as the go-to thought leader for Human Centered Design (HCD) methodologies and be able to facilitate workshops (client sessions, yellow pads, account workshops and SME solution design sessions) using these frameworks for Work Dynamics
  • Drive a culture of virtual collaboration and better storytelling using platforms such as Miro and Mural both internally and in front of clients
  • Imbibe this new way of working with other solution managers and the wider Solutions & Proposals team through training workshops
