Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and foster strong partnerships with business stakeholders. This role is critical in aligning project objectives with business goals, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a large-scale organization

Mandatory Skill-set

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in program management within a large organization;
  • Experienced to lead and oversee large scale migration / platform upgrade projects within the organization;
  • Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management;
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities;
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Skill-set

  • PMP or Scrum Certified;
  • Experience in change management .

Responsibilities

  • Project Manage, gather and understand the business objectives with multiple business stakeholders on projects;
  • Manage the projects from end-to-end, quality, budgets and teams to completion;
  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams while motivating and coaching team members to ensure project success;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their engagement throughout the project;
  • Plan and execute change management strategies for migration projects;
  • Work with technical and functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders and delivery teams;
  • Provide strategic alignment of project goals between teams;
  • Provide proposals for internal teams on functional and technical scope, architecture, system integration, user experience and training;
  • Formulate solution plans on gaps identified for the project;
  • Keep abreast of regulatory/legislation changes that affects the compliance, procedures and processes;
  • Review policies and controls and suggest improvements on frameworks;
  • Facilitate training and communication to help users adapt to new systems or processes.
