Attractive Salary Package (Basic + Completion Bonus)
Location: Tampines
Employment Type: 5-Months Contract
Work Hours: Shift-based, 44 hours per week, required work on weekends
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media interactions, and chat messages.
Engage with clients to assess their needs, create tailored solutions, and recommend appropriate product offerings.
Respond to general and account-specific enquiries, delivering clear and concise information as required.
Utilise tools and resources to identify and anticipate client needs, ensuring a commitment to resolving issues at the first point of contact.
Achieve and exceed performance objectives, including client satisfaction ratings, sales and productivity goals, and compliance requirements.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field.
Experience in client servicing or within a call centre environment.
Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure, especially during peak times or challenging situations.
