  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: 12-hours rotating shift (10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am) (2 Day, 2 Night, 2 Off). 2 hours break.
Basic Salary: $1600 + Shift Allowances + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)

Job Scope:

Always maintain a polite and helpful demeanor when dealing with inquiries from clients, customers, or colleagues
Ensure all payments are properly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly
Safely store cash and ensure it is deposited securely according to company procedures
Follow financial protocols and ensure compliance with accounting standards
At the end of each shift, reconcile payment collections with the report generated by POS machines
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

GCE O level with minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Pro-active, resourceful & effective in problem solving
Willing to commit rotating shift, weekends & public holidays

Other Information:

Training & Uniform provided
2 hours meal break
