We’re looking for passionate Primary Math Teachers with experience in the MOE curriculum to join a nurturing educational institution.

• Salary Paid on Time: You will receive your salary on the 1st of every month, even during the probation period before you begin teaching.
• Teach with Focus: Handle a maximum of 10 classes per week, with no more than 2 classes per day. Class sizes are small, capped at 6-8 students.
• Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 5-day work week (4 weekdays and just 1 Saturday shift). Classes run from Monday to Friday (2:45-4:45 pm, 5:15-7:15 pm) and on Saturday (8:30-10:30 am, 11:00 am-1:00 pm, OR 1:30-3:30 pm, 4:00-6:00 pm). You’ll work only one shift on Saturdays.
• Minimal Meetings: Attend level meetings on Mondays (starting at 10:00 am, lasting 40 minutes per level). Company-wide meetings take place on Tuesdays (starting at 11:00 am, lasting 1.5 hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching Focus: Deliver structured and engaging lessons based on the in-house curriculum. No lesson planning is required.
• Content Creation: Dedicate 3 hours weekly to creating instructional content, such as videos explaining math problem solutions.
• Relief Teaching: Max of 1 relief class per week, possibly at an off-site location (with transport allowance provided).
• Teaching Scope: Start by teaching Primary 1-4 students, with a focus on quality instruction across 3 levels maximum.
• Class Size: Maintain effective learning with small classes (6-8 students).
