Responsibilities:
· To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
· Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
· Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
· Dispensary
· Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
· Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
· Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.
Location: West (Walking distance from Lakeside MRT)
Working hours : 5 Weekday mornings 830AM TO 3 PM , 3 weekday nights 6 PM TO 9 PM and 1 weekend morning. 830AM TO 1 PM.
**Off on all public holidays.
Salary: $2000-$2500/mth
Requirements:
· Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage. NO EXP REQUIRED. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
· Computer literacy
· Good interpersonal skills
· Service oriented and a good team player
· Hardworking and willing to learn
