Performance Bonus
Working Location: Lakeside (Walking distance from MRT)
Working Days & Hours: Monday-Friday (2 days morning shift only: 8.30am-3pm, 3 days morning & afternoon shift: 8.30am-3pm & 6pm-9pm), Saturday or Sunday (1 day only, morning shift: 8.30am-1pm)
Off on 1 day in weekend & all Public Holidays
Job Scope:
To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic
Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs
Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping
Dispensary & Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging
Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock
Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance
Additional Information and Requirements:
No prior experience needed, as training will be provided
Responsible and has pleasant attitude
