Responsibilities:

Attend to Customers and
handle queries from the Service Hotline as well as from emails.
Follow up on customer's
enquiries, requests and feedback with customers and internal stakeholder.
Review and enhance processes
and procedures to ensure efficiency of the operation.
Deliver a professional,
prompt and high quality service experience to customers and internal
stakeholder over emails and walk-in.
Make outgoing calls to
customers.
Resolve complicated /
escalated issues.
Ability to work under
pressure and manage customers' expectations.
