Job Description:

Resolves anticipated/unanticipated problems on FB/IG/Google review and any other platforms with minimal negative effect while significantly enhancing customer satisfaction that allows accurate handling of complaints according to policies and procedures.
Provide prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures that are always efficient yet cost-effective & sustainable.
Responsible for communication work between departments and other clerical work.
Handle office administrative works, such as filing.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma Business Studies / Administrative / Management or 1-2 years of working experience.
