Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive at ISETAN or TAKASHIMAYA in Orchard. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and contributing to sales growth. This role involves working closely with the Store Manager to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers and helping the store meet its sales and operational goals. Roles and responsibilities differ depending on the level of the position, such as Senior, Middle, or Junior Retail Sales Executive.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle customer queries professionally.
