Main Responsibilities & Duties:

A. National Nominee Director for GMA

1) Play the role of a nominee director for GMA specific geographic area(s) on behalf of the Global Mind Agriculture (GMA) in good faith and with all honesty, exercising professionalism as well as utmost care and diligence

2) Serve as the Key Liaison with both internal/external stakeholders, including local authorities, media, agencies, industry/business partners, and consumer groups within specific region as may assigned

3) As a trusted advisor and lead the development of engagement and expansion plans across a range of stakeholders and business priorities

4) Attend board meetings, making decisions in the best interest of GMA and group of companies, and uphold the governance, best practices in compliance with the respective regulatory and requirements

B. Business Development and Revenue Growth:

OEM sales:

1) Lead, plan, organize and execute programs to develop and enhance operating income and revenue for corporate associates under GMA Group

2) Generate and present to customers, written quotations and proposals for the Company’s products and services following pricing and sales policies

3) Develop and drive efficient solutions and smooth delivery of end-to-end business operations, including navigating complexity, ensuring commercial excellence

4) Identify strategic opportunities, develop and maintain strategic and effective channel partnership and alliances including for client’s acquisition, referral and delights.

5) Provide monthly sales forecasts, insights, target account pipeline updates, and regular reports on partnership activities, performance, and prospects to senior management

OBL sales:

1) Research, identify new/expansion opportunities, creating high performing distributions and strategic partnership, in collaboration with suppliers and/or manufacturers to deliver unique and quality products

2) Contract and terms negotiation with agencies, suppliers, and associates, ensuring the best interests of the company

3) Keep abreast of relevant regulation and policies to ensure products’ quality complied with all legal and safety requirements

4) Develop and drive product branding and marketing strategy, leveraging agency and technology to ensure effective outreach to targeted audiences, including monitoring and evaluating the results of marketing materials, promotion activities, and campaigns

5) Work closely with logistic and distribution team, prepare forecast of demand to monitoring inventory and stockout

As General Manager, this role will lead the business expansion and overall P&L, strategic growth, planning, leadership, financial performance and business excellence for assigning region, offering best-in-class Agri-Business Platform that connects source and destinating markets beyond product needs, in alignment with the organizational vision, goals, priorities and governances.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG management, exceptional people leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience, with a deep understanding of F&B distributions and trading operation
  • Possess exposure working within the North Asia, USA, Middle East, and/or Europe region(s)
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and preferably Vietnamese (not a prerequisite)
  • A passion for innovation and a drive for continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
