Job Responsibilities:



Lead HR operational activities, guide, train and develop the team on the daily activities of the HR operations team.
Implement new company policies and develop processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs.
Design, monitor, and improve HR processes, policies, and technologies regularly from a peoplecentred perspective.
Develop training materials, communications plan and engage with all stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented.
Be a point of contact for employees in the business and provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
Lead and/or participate in NUHS, MOM, MOH, MOHH, AH, HR projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.


Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
Critical thinker and process-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Resourceful and self-motivated.
Experience in HR Shared Services Ops
