Your assignment
You provide support in assessing product conditions, recovery work, furniture assembly and general maintenance of your work areas.
You will be expected to carry out data entry documenting of the returned items into the internal inventory systems and assist in ensuring that the products are properly priced and displayed in accordance with safety and sale mechanism guidelines.
You will be responsible for pricing As-is labelling, assembling furniture, waste and disposal management and assist customers with their product enquiries.
Be always aware of customers when on the shop floor and prioritise offering them the help and advice.
Work within the store to ensure that internal damages are minimised, and Recovery department supported.
Strive to minimise financial loss of damaged in the store and try to maximise the financial recovery by repacking and moving goods back to stock or assemble, price and sell goods in the As-Is shop;
Assist to assemble products for Store themes and handle quality claims of quality issues furniture.
Contribute to the daily and weekly sales targets which ensure the delivery of the Recovery action plans and thus achieving the goals.
Your profile
You are comfortable with tools handling and enjoy DIY assembling.
You are physically fit and able to carry and handle heavy loads (e.g. assembled furniture) and withstand prolonged hours of standing.
You are passionate, friendly, and confident to interact with people to advise our customers in the product enquiries to facilitate their buying decision.
You possess computer skills in MS Office, Outlook email, googles sheet and SharePoint etc.
You can commit working on rotating shifts including weekend and public holiday.
