Duties
• Work on SMB/SME account management and portfolio growth against key targets.
• Work with hunter teams on new accounts onboarded handover to account management team.
• Client servicing and building relationships; listening and understanding the clients’ needs and
work with internal teams to better their experience, troubleshooting and issue resolution to
reduce friction to their operations, generating reports and business reviews with clients on their
corporate spend.
• Deep-dive analytical study of clients to identify potential new opportunities to grow clients’ basket
size or new acquisition opportunities for the hunters.
• Engagement of inactive/churned clients to understand key reasons for inactivity/churn, prioritizing
low hanging fruits to activate less complex inactive clients while working on clients with more
complexity with internal teams on their requirements to activate their spend.
• Run campaigns or new initiatives on A/B test key insights to both grow spend and revitalize
inactive/churned clients.
• Build personas and profiles of clients through account management to understand what “good”
looks like for clients to assist hunters with better insights to improve acquisition closure.

Requirements

Min. Degree in any discipline.
Passionate in Sales
Has experience in partnerships, partner management, B2C or B2B sales/account management.
Analytical background/ knowledge preferred
