Job Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, from screening interviews to onboarding and induction of new hires.
Maintain and update HR database records
Develop and manage an efficient document control and filing system
Support employee learning and development
Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare programs
Manage work passes for foreign employees
Process payroll accurately and on time
Assist in any other HR or administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline
At least 5 years of experience in HR, including payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Laws.
Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all level
