Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including beverage manufacturers, retailers, waste management companies, and government agencies to promote the container return scheme.
• Market Analysis & Expansion: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the beverage container recycling sector. Expand the container return network and increase program participation.
• Program Promotion & Awareness: Design and implement marketing and awareness campaigns to educate consumers and businesses on the benefits and processes of the return scheme.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients, securing agreements that support the expansion and sustainability of the scheme.
• Government Relations & Compliance: Liaise with government bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contribute to shaping policies that promote recycling and sustainability initiatives.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of new initiatives or partnerships, ensuring milestones and targets are met in line with business goals.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Advocate for and integrate sustainability practices within the program, aligning business goals with environmental impact reduction.
• Consumer & Business Engagement: Engage with consumers and businesses to gather feedback, address concerns, and improve the user experience of the return scheme.
