Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

- Conduct sales presentations and client meetings.

2. Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote catering services.

- Utilize digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising to reach target audiences.

- Design promotional materials and manage the company's online presence.

3. Event Coordination:

- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements.

- Plan and execute catering for events, ensuring all details are covered.

- Work with the culinary team to create customized menus.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.

- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma Holder

- Minimum 2 years sales experience

- Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin (if needed to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)

- Possess good written and spoken communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Experience in F&B industry preferred and considered an advantage

- Knowledge of the local catering industry and event planning processes.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend events as needed.
