Act as the Strategic Partner for all IT related matters and projects, and serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact for IT to assigned Singtel Enterprise Business units. Adds value by assessing business needs and adapting technologies to maximise the effectiveness of Singtel’s Group Enterprise Businesses. Ensures optimal alignment between business priorities and Singtel SG IT strategic focus.


Make an Impact by

  • Lead and Champion IT Endpoint Transformation Initiatives and services for Singtel
  • Develop Long-term strategic roadmap for IT Endpoint and all relevant IOT devices
  • Alignment with IT Workplace services team in strategy and planning with company's business requirements.
  • Accountable for delivering a IT Endpoint solution which are scalable, adaptable and in line with ever changing business needs.
  • Management of the risks associated with endpoint assets through appropriate standards and IT policies.
  • Direct or indirect involvement and oversight of the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of IT Endpoint within the enterprise.
  • Conduct training to build employee knowledge and skills in the use of endpoint technologies and tools.
  • Accountable for the capacity, supportability and lifecycle management of the IT Endpoint infrastructure.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of IT Endpoint Services
  • Ensure compliance to security policies and standards and drive a strong security culture within the department.
  • Partner internal security functions to deliver safe and reliable services to business units and users.

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • IT Project Management, Business Program Management, Product Development and/or Account Management experience
  • Managed senior stakeholder relationships within similar organisations
  • Lead business transformations, particularly leading teams without direct line management control
  • Extensive experience in a customer facing role
  • Business analysis
  • Project management methodology
  • Solution architect
  • Strong MS office knowledge
  • Strong communication across all levels
  • Leadership in elaborating or influencing high level plans
  • Ability to understand global and local business strategic direction and requirements in a multi-country, multi-cultural and matrix environment
