The client is a Global Software Powerhouse that empowers creativity and innovation through its cutting-edge applications which have become industry standards in the creative space. They are looking for a Marketing Funnel/Lead Operations Manager who is an expert with Salesforce.com and will own the entire process of managing leads from campaigns ensuring it is delivered to the relevant sales teams across APAC.

THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION SUBJECT TO EXTENSION OR CONVERSION TO FULL TIME DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.

Day to day

  • Be the process owner for routing leads and delivering them to the relevant APAC Sales Team
  • Monitor the entire lead generation process and ensure any bottlenecks or issues with lead routing/uploading are resolved.
  • Ensure that SLAs are met for lead nurturing and dispositioning (progressing to opportunity status, or disqualified for being low quality, or returning to marketing team for further nurturing)
  • Manage automation of the lead management process to ensure optimization where possible.
  • Building Salesforce Dashboards to showcase lead activities for both Sales and Marketing Counterparts.
  • Ensure best practices are adhered to when it comes to overall lead management/lead funnel operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing Operations/Sales Operations OR any Lead Management Operations preferably in the Software industry
  • Good experience with Salesforce.com (Preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certified)
  • Experience in data visualization with Salesforce required (Good to have PowerBI experience)
  • Experience in Lead Management is Required (preferred to have LeanData Certification)
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong individual contributor experience
