  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Basic Salary: $2000 - $2600


Responsibilities

To do preventive maintenance and repair work for the building and equipment.
Provide support on AV system for events / functions.
Perform equipment installation and refurbishment.
To do equipment checklist and recording of routine checks.
Coordinate work order with other departments.
Attend to emergency, fire alarm, flooding and electrical failure.
Monitor and check on external M&E contractors’ repair work and servicing.
Comply to safety rules and regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
To do other assigned duties

Requirements:

Familiar with hotel building / facilities maintenance
6 working days (Rotational Off days)
Shift work (7.00am-3.00pm / 3.00pm-11.00pm / 11.00pm-7.00am)
Knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation, fire protection, chiller and etc.
