Our esteemed client, a globally recognized MNC, is searching for a Planning Specialist (Demand and Supply):

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all Demand & Supply (D&S) matters for the assigned country, including understanding market trends, segments, sales, and competitors.
  • Represent the plant to evaluate and review monthly orders placed with Production Plants and negotiate with the Production team to ensure appropriate production levels to support sales.
  • Allocate vehicles to each country based on production capabilities to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Ensure the Sales team inputs correct orders and meets deadlines before forwarding them to the Production Plant each month.
  • Serve as a Demand & Supply Specialist, responsible for managing monthly operations.
  • Be the point of contact for designated sales regions and production plants.
  • Collaborate closely with various divisions, including Sales and Production, to optimize sales.
  • Oversee the "Final Quality Gate" process to ensure accurate orders are submitted for production and procurement of parts on time.
  • Conduct market and sales analysis for the assigned country

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering, Social Science
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of demand & supply concept or experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) to run analysis & visualization, reporting purpose etc
