  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the event:

We are looking for part timers to join our team for the event days which will be held on 16, 17, 23 and 24 November 2024 from 9AM to 7PM.

Job Summary:

As an Event Runner Assistant, you'll help make events run smoothly by supporting the setup, coordination, and guest services. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for those who love action and staying on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up event spaces (equipment, decorations, etc.).
  • Help vendors and ensure everything arrives on time.
  • Support with guest registration and answer questions.
  • Run errands and deliver materials during the event.
  • Keep everything on schedule and assist with last-minute changes.
  • Ensure the event space stays clean and organized.
  • Help with event teardown and cleanup after it ends.

Requirements:

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and team player.
  • Able to handle pressure and quick changes.
  • Physically active and able to do manual tasks.
  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends).
